Brett Fatches

Brett Fatches was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 1986. Originally specialising in criminal and family law, Brett became a Law Society Accredited Specialist in family law during 1994, but allowed that accreditation to lapse some years ago as he became increasingly involved with asset protection, estate planning and associated commercial transactions.

During his years specialising in assisting people with family law and de facto relationship matters, he regularly dealt with every manner of financial and corporate structure that may be used by people in the creation and maintenance of their property and wealth. This exposure helped to foster and develop Brett’s long held interest in assisting people in relation to protecting their assets and estates, and in addition he is currently registered with the Law Society of NSW as a speaker on Wills and Powers of Attorney. Due to his extensive litigation based experience Brett has practical solutions and ideas in;

  • Asset protection
  • Wills and Estate planning
  • Business succession
  • Commercial transactions
  • Commercial & general litigation
  • Business debtors control
  • Trust Deeds
